Purpose
The Telegram Bot Process: “Agents in Group” is designed to relay messages from Agents to the Client within a chat.
It facilitates the transmission of text, audio, and video message formats.
Capabilities and Functionality

Communication between the Agents and the Client happens via the bot.

The Client writes in the chat with the bot.

The bot forwards the message to a group chat that also includes the Agents.

Any Agent can reply to the Client through the bot.

The Agent can see the name (data) of the Client.

The Client cannot see the Agent’s data.
⚙️Service Inclusions
The service includes:

The launch of the software program ensures the bot’s functionality, specifically BBP (“Backend Bot Processes”).

Support for the uninterrupted operation of the BBP during the entire period of the Telegram bot service provision.

Technical interruptions in the bot’s operation may occur for up to 5 minutes during BBP code updates or infrastructure maintenance supporting the BBP.
